Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Parcels will be properly packaged, this cost being included in the shipping costs.

Registered CTT Shipments (Portugal):

Registered CTT - Mainland (up to 2kg), delivery time: 2 to 3 working days,

Registered CTT - Islands (up to 2kg), delivery time: 3 to 10 working days,

CTT National Order ISLANDS - Portugal (Weight from 300g to 6,000g) - Azores delivery time: within 7 to 15 days, Madeira delivery time: up to 5 working days.

CTT Internacional EUROPE & WORLDWIDE (up to 2kg): 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery times will always be stipulated by CTT.

DPD/SEUR shipments:

Mainland Portugal (from 10g to 15kg*) DPD HOME + SHOP - delivery time 24h to 48h, Business day following collection,

If the order is not delivered to the address, it will be available at a DPD Pick Up point in the corresponding area (Mainland Portugal only).

Mainland Spain (from 10g to 10kg*) SEUR HOME - delivery time 48h to 72h, Business day following collection,

Europe (from 10g to 10kg*) DPD BUSINESS - delivery time varies from 2 to 10 working days,

*if the order weighs more than what is listed in the system, it is necessary to get in touch to proceed with the quote.

Always at the customer's expense and risk, therefore shipping costs will be in accordance with the current price list.

After dispatch, we are not responsible for delays attributable to the shipping company.

It is the customer's responsibility for the good indication of the address, we are not responsible for the error of addresses.

In international shipments we are not responsible for the retention or customs costs, it is all the customer responsibility.

Orders are usually processed on the business day following payment, except Islands, and without any delay by the carrier.

In the case of Payment by Bank Transfer, you will have to send (photo/scan/digital document) proof of payment to blackhawk.geral@outlook.pt, BlackHawk Airsoft always has the right to send or not, based on the proof .

The registration number (CTT) can be seen in the customer area, as soon as the order status changes to "Shipped".

The costs of packaging and shipping are covered by the postage.

These amounts are fixed in accordance with that charged by the transport entities.

Your order will be shipped at your own risk, taking special care to protect fragile items.

Until the moment of dispatch, you can cancel your order at any time, and the payment will be returned.

Warning: Gas bottles are not sold outside the Europe.

Returns:

Items that have been damaged by improper use, carelessness, negligence or that match the manufacturer's instructions will not be replaced.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, returns will be accepted within a maximum period of 14 days (from the day it is delivered), as long as the item is not damaged and as long as it keeps the original packaging.

The goods will be shipped by the customer.

After confirming the acceptance of the return, the value of the item will be credited / returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order is returned by CTT to the new premises, due to the fact that it has exceeded the time available for pickup (5 to 6 working days) at the CTT store in your area, the customer will again have to pay the cost of shipping, so that it can be sent again or you can give up the order receiving the return of the value of the products (shipping costs not included).

In the event that any of our items turns out to be defective, due to manufacturing problems, the customer must contact us immediately using the form found on our website or send an email to blackhawk.geral@outlook.pt.

Return of articles in the categories, Stock Off and USED is not possible.
